Why Bundool EasyRent exists
Renting should not be a gamble. Too many tenants pay a lot for homes that are poorly kept, and too many landlords are worn down by voids, arrears and rules that keep changing.
Bundool EasyRent sits between the two. We lease properties from landlords for a fixed monthly payment, or buy them with investors’ funds, then let and run them properly. Tenants get a fair price and a well-kept home. Landlords get certainty, or a clean exit.
EasyRent is part of Bundool Ltd, alongside Bundool Housing, which provides homes for councils, and the Bundool compliance platform for landlords. Compliance sits at the centre of all three: safety certificates, licensing and inspections are tracked for every home, every year.
