For investors

Capital behind well-run rented homes.

Bundool EasyRent leases and buys rooms and homes, then lets and runs them properly. We work with a small number of certified high net worth and sophisticated investors who want their capital behind homes that are run well.

Use of capital

Where investor capital goes

  • Setting up leased homes

Furnishing, licensing, safety and compliance works, and the working capital to open a leased home.

  • Buying homes

Purchases, including homes bought with tenants in place, and any refurbishment they need.

  • Improvements

Energy and safety improvements that make homes cheaper to run and easier to let.

Selection

How we select homes

We only take on a home when every one of these is true.

  • Every home is assessed on local rents, licensing and planning rules before we commit.
  • The monthly figures leave a margin for empty rooms, repairs and higher costs.
  • Lender, insurer and freeholder consents are in place for every leased home.
  • The end of each lease is planned from the start, including what happens to tenants at handback.
  • Every home meets the EasyRent standard before anyone moves in.

The process

How investor access works

  1. Step 1: Request access

    Start the investor access process.

  2. Step 2: Confirm your investor status

Complete the statutory high net worth or self-certified sophisticated investor statement.

  3. Step 3: Read the risk warning

Understand the risks before seeing anything about specific opportunities.

  4. Step 4: Register your interest

Tell us what you are interested in.

  5. Step 5: Confidential consultation

We discuss your objectives by phone or video. Opportunity details are only shared after that conversation.
